01Public information and individualized care
Public pages, general guides, videos, social content, examples, and calculators provide information and education. They cannot determine what is appropriate for an individual without an adequate clinical assessment. Do not use public content to diagnose yourself, alter medication, or delay appropriate care.
HaadMD also provides individualized clinical services through the responsible treating practice. Advice, diagnoses, orders, and treatment plans provided in an established clinical relationship are medical care within the agreed scope. This disclaimer does not relabel that care as education or reduce the clinician's professional responsibilities.
02Establishing a clinical relationship
Browsing the website, downloading a guide, completing an application, or participating only in a general administrative discovery call does not by itself establish a clinical relationship. A relationship may arise when a clinician accepts responsibility for individualized care under applicable law. A missing form does not remove duties arising from care actually provided.
03Program scope and outcomes
Programs may address longevity, preventive health, metabolic health, symptoms, and clinically appropriate hormone evaluation or treatment. Potential benefits and recommendations depend on your circumstances, available evidence, risks, and professional judgment. No specific weight change, score improvement, hormone value, symptom resolution, disease prevention, reversal of aging, or extension of life is guaranteed.
Testimonials and examples describe particular experiences, not expected or promised results. A program purchase does not guarantee a medication, supplement, compounded product, procedure, or treatment. Interventions with material risks require appropriate individualized discussion and consent.
04Laboratory testing and digital reports
A biomarker panel is not a comprehensive screen for every disease. Normal results do not exclude disease, and an out of range result does not by itself establish a diagnosis. The HaadMD Longevity Score and trend graphs summarize selected laboratory information; they do not establish biological age, remaining lifespan, or freedom from disease.
The Health Blueprint summarizes the clinician reviewed assessment and plan. Automated extraction and drafting can be inaccurate, and a score may be incomplete when inputs are missing. Patient specific clinical instructions should be interpreted with the responsible clinician and reconciled with source reports, current symptoms, and other relevant information.
05Nutrition exercise and general guides
Meal plans, grocery suggestions, training schedules, and exercise illustrations must be adapted to the patient's health, restrictions, ability, equipment, and current instructions. An illustration cannot verify your technique or supervise an exercise. Do not continue through concerning symptoms or force a movement because a guide shows it. Report an unclear or apparently incorrect instruction and obtain clarification before proceeding.
Tell the practice about food allergies, eating disorder history, pregnancy or breastfeeding, relevant illnesses, injuries, medication changes, and other circumstances affecting participation. A general guide does not replace a treatment specific discussion. Do not change prescribed treatment without appropriate clinical advice.
06Other care and emergencies
HaadMD provides the focused services identified in your enrollment agreement. Maintain access to primary care and other clinicians for services outside that scope, including routine screening, acute illness, and specialist care. We may recommend further evaluation or referral when indicated.
For an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not wait for a reply to a portal message, laboratory upload, food or exercise log, or weekly check-in. These channels are not continuously monitored. The responsible practice retains its duties to act appropriately on clinical information it receives.
