• Automatic Renewal: Subscription-based Concierge Plans will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel them before the renewal date.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellations apply to the upcoming billing cycle, and we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused clinical services.

• Interfere with or disrupt the security or operation of the website.
